Refund and Returns

At Isaiah Devices, we aim to provide high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns:

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order details.
• We only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds:

• Once your return is approved and the product is received, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment. As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another available method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days to process your refund.

Exchanges:

• If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please notify us at the time of return. We will offer you a replacement product based on availability.
